Customer wanted two cracked tiles replaced. Upon inspection it was discovered that the toilet wax seal had been leaking for some time. Tile was carefully removed as they had to be reused with just two matching new tiles available. Remediation safely completed, damaged subfloor replaced and the toilet was secured properly.
